___        Identify best time to have    (Day, Hours, Friday, Cocktail Party)             

___        News Paper Advertising

___        Email to top agents & Prospects (Educate them on your marketing                               benefits)

___        Post Cards to neighbors

___        Co-Partner  (Especially in the summer)               

___        Wear Name Tag   (“I’m “Joe” with “Sotheby’s” are you folks familiar with the                  area?”) 

___        Sign Placement multiple signs most visible locations-at least 8

___        Lights turned on

___        Welcome sign & Mat for house

___        Hors D’oeuvres   (Soda, Wine, Water, Cheese)

___        Prepare list of best features at home   (“May I share some of the key                            points to the house?”,   Review with them when given the list)          

___        Owner or builder story & how it applies to them    (Story telling)

___        Neighborhood story – “Are you familiar with Marsh Island?”, “Do you have                    children?”

___        Cell Card, Laptop, Mobile printer

___        Warm-up – Pretend you are giving a party or social, or running for office
